Bloviate

Four lines seems enough,

But that’s too easy,

Sleazy abuse of words

Comes in an onslaught,

It winds on and on,

There is no end in sight,

Clauses build and spin,

Commas abused and used,

A semicolon appears,

Instead of a period;

Pynchon would worry

About the convoluted prose,

Meaning is lost,

Prose overwhelms,

Words disappear,

Clauses appear,

Brevity is gained

When the period approaches,

But the subject is gone,

In the abuse of language.
